Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
For event tickets, returns are subject to the event organizer's policy and must be requested at least 48 hours before the event date.
How to Return
- Log in to your account and go to Orders & Returns
- Select the order containing the item you want to return
- Click Request Return and follow the instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Ship the item back using the provided return label
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Used or damaged items that are not in their original condition
- Items without original tags or packaging
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for your return:
- Our mistake: If we sent you the wrong item or a defective product, we'll cover the return shipping cost.
- Change of mind: If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, you'll be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
