How to receive tickets?
1. Email
After payment completion, you'll receive a confirmation email containing tickets in PDF format and a download link.
2. Account
Log in to your account and go to the "My Orders" section, where you'll find all purchased tickets.
3. App
Download the Raavve app and have all your tickets always at hand on your phone.
Event Entry
At the event venue, simply show your ticket with the QR code:
- →Open the ticket on your phone or print it
- →Show the QR code to the staff at the entrance
- →After scanning the code, you'll receive a wristband/stamp
- →Ready - you can enjoy the event
⚠ Important
Each QR code can only be scanned once. Don't share your tickets with third parties unless you want to transfer entry rights to them.
Returns and Cancellation
Return policy depends on the event organizer:
Before the event
Possibility of return according to organizer's terms (usually up to 14 days before the event)
Cancelled events
Automatic full refund within 14 business days
Postponed events
Option to get a refund or use the ticket for the new date
To request a refund, go to the "My Orders" section and select the "Ticket Refund" option.
Physical Products
In case of purchasing physical products (t-shirts, posters, etc.):
Courier (InPost, DPD)
Delivery time: 2-4 business days
Cost: 15-20 PLN
InPost Parcel Locker
Delivery time: 1-3 business days
Cost: 12 PLN

Frequently Asked Questions
I didn't receive the email with the ticket, what should I do?→
Check your SPAM/Junk folder. If the email isn't there either, log in to your account and download the ticket from the "My Orders" section. If problems persist, contact us through the contact form.
Can I transfer the ticket to another person?→
Yes, tickets can be transferred. Just send the PDF file or screenshot of the QR code. Remember that the person who uses the ticket first will enter the event.
What if my phone dies?→
We recommend printing the ticket as a backup or taking a screenshot and saving it offline. In exceptional situations, contact the event staff - identity verification based on ID is usually possible.
How to track a package with physical products?→
After shipping your order, you'll receive an email with the package tracking number. The tracking link can also be found in the "My Orders" section of your account.
