Ticket Delivery

Tickets are delivered electronically via email or accessible through your account. It is your responsibility to ensure you can access and present your tickets at the event. Physical tickets may be available for certain events at the organizer's discretion.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refund policies are determined by event organizers:

• No refunds are provided for change of mind or inability to attend
• If an event is cancelled, refunds will be processed according to the organizer's policy
• If an event is postponed, tickets typically remain valid for the new date
• Service fees may be non-refundable

Event Entry

Third-Party Content

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites and event information provided by event organizers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Raavve is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of event information provided by organizers
• We are not responsible for event cancellations, changes, or quality
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the ticket

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Raavve harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these terms, your use of the platform, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Raavve shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Raavve operates. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
